I would guess this to be S. macrophyllum if the flower have gone white after initially being purple, prickles and leaves shape matching, fruit is supposed to be yellow, globose.
I would guess this to be S. aculeatissimum jacq. if the flowers are only white not changing colour. regards, Rashida.
