Garg ji,
As per gbif Microstegium ciliatum is synonym of Microstegium fasciculatum

Moreover FOC also mentioned that both species are closely related and even
difficult to distinguish at least in herbarium.

So i think for now following gbif we should merge the Microstegium ciliatum
