Thank you Sir for your inputs, which made me think over it..
After going through available resources, including FoC, I am quite
convinced to say that the posted plant is *Dichrocephala integrifolia* (L.
*f.*) Kuntze, even though I know that it is not good to say much without
studying the complete features of florets.
The distribution as well as vegetative characters support *Dichrocephala
integrifolia* (L. *f.*) Kuntze..
Further inputs are welcome..
