Dear Nivi tha Dendrograms can be prepared manually as well as though computer softwares. One easy and Commonly used software Phylip is easily available for download and use. You can read me help of the software, but for basic information and easier steps you can refer to my book "Plant Systematics an Integrated Approach", International Edition released in January 2010.
