Keys lead me to *Ophiorrhiza mungos* L. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/r/rubiaceae/ophiorrhiza/ophiorrhiza-mungos> (leaves not whitish beneath) & Ophiorrhiza rugosa var. argentea (leaves whitish beneath- GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/en/species/8215182>). Can you check underside of the leaves ?
I think looks different from Ophiorrhiza rugosa var. argentea as per GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/en/species/8215182>More likely to be *Ophiorrhiza mungos* L. <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/r/rubiaceae/ophiorrhiza/ophiorrhiza-mungos> as per images and details herein.
