Hi, Singh ji,
Flora of China
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=200008079>
gives measurements as *Sepals 5, elliptic-ovate, 4--6 mm,* abaxially
puberulent. *Petals 5(or 6), narrowly obovate or oblong-obovate, 5--7 ×
2--4 mm*,
Flora of Pakistan
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=200008079>
gives as* Sepals 3-6 mm, ovate-lanceolate, *3-veined, with long patent
hairs, membranous for the greater part. *Petals oblong or narrowly
obovate-oblong*, without a claw.
Also see shape of petals in FoC illustration
<http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=40139&flora_id=2>.
Details of flowers are also not very clear in your images and are mostly
going towards fruiting stage, in which petals are weathering.
Otherwise also it is quite a variable species as per details at Ranunculus
diffusus
