I think it may be *Viola pilosa Blume* <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/v/violaceae/viola/viola-pilosa> only. I think stipules are variable. Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=200014403> says stipules mostly free, brown or green, lanceolate, margin long or shortly fimbriate-dentate, apex long acuminate;
