As per current situation in CoL, *Schefflera venulosa *(Wight & Arn.) Harms

does not have any distribution in Nepal (also not reported in flora of
Bhutan). While *Schefflera roxburghii *Gamble
<http://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/details/species/id/a89e4040ba08b4a31eb93de6fc5d338a/synonym/5110ce3936e0b99d3b6675db9f7e69b7>
(*Schefflera venulosa* var. *roxburghii* (Gamble) K.K.Khanna) is reported
from Nepal.
To me appears close to *Schefflera roxburghii *Gamble
