Garg ji, Yes, It is Rhododendron anthopogon. I had not seen this plant
earlier. Someone had brought this plant for me from Choordhar.
However, got the opportunity to meet this high altitude  friend during
our Choordhar expedition with Dr. Gurcharan Singh Sir, Dr. Balkar ji
ans Dr. Nidhan Singh ji. I forgot to update my post in 2015 after our
expedition.
