Dear Tanayji and Maniji, Its a very common plant in NE India. They are commonly cultivated and available in the local market for sale. I've tasted it so many times during my stay in Arunachal Pradesh. I tried to cultivate them at my native palce in Bihar but they did not evoke any response. I'll search for the photographs in my collection and upload it soon, if available. The hotness of chilly is measured in Scoville Units which has been found over one million SU for Bhut Jolokia (=Ghost Chilly).
