Hi, Tabish ji, *Leaves in your plant are clearly cordate and sepals are obscurely margined and the main stem is obtusely angled*. So it is clearly Scrophularia himalensis <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/s/scrophulariaceae/scrophularia/scrophularia-himalensis> as other images herein. Also distribution clearly supports this.
