Do you have other images ? If so, pl. post as details are not clear. I have not found such dense inflorescence in *Ligularia fischeri* (Ledebour) Turczaninow as per GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=5395398>.
I found following species being found in Kashmir but did not find a match as per GBIF: *Ligularia thomsonii* (C. B.
