A hidden connection
1. eFlora of Pakistan which includes all plants from Kashmir, lists V.
sylvestris Lam. as synonym of V. reichenbachiana Jord. ex Bor., but totally
ignores V. sylvatica of BSI Flora of India (or Viola canina var. sylvatica
of FBI).
2. Catalogue of Life treats both V. silvatica Fr. ex Hartm and V.
sylvestris Lam. (Ambiguous synonym) of V. riviniana Rchb.
http://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/details/species/id/583232d7b499898dbe97f07ddbe07e58/synonym/8d208c84c1b457e0ea8d4dd56e6eed84
3. Catalogue of life also treats V. sylvestris Lam. (Ambiguous synonym) of
V. reichenbachiana also

However, it may not be V. canescens (in which plants are stemless,
canescent) nor V. rechenbachiana.
Perhaps we may find a better match
I will upload both separately for your consideration.
