Although fruiting bodies are still immature but this reminds me of
Flammulina sp. (Physalacriaceae)

Saroj ji any idea of wood host tree please try to collect host tree data
also while picturing mushroom beacause many a times it really aids in
correct identification of mushroom.
I will post my Flammulina cf. populonica images for comparison shortly.
