Hi, Sam ji, Do you have the habit image, showing the full plant ? I tried all species in Flora of Peninsular India <http://flora-peninsula-indica.ces.iisc.ac.in/search.php>, but could not find a match. To me appears close to unidentified species at *Polygala* species- Assam <https://sites.google.com/site/efloraofindia/species/m---z/po/polygalaceae/polygala/polygala-species/assam>
