Dear Garg sir, I don't think this is *Alisma lanceolatum <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/a/alismataceae/alisma/alisma-lanceolatum>*because the the leaves are not lanceolate, but sagittate (although flowers look very similar). But, I also doubt that this is *Sagittaria trifolia* either because, even though the leaf is sagittate, it's not sharply arrow-like as is typical of *S. trifolia* (as the name Chinese Arrow-head suggests).
