Dear Mr. Pankaj Oudhia ji Many thanks for the information. The explanation is given in my reply to Mr. Neil Soares ji. The ones without ants are not mealy bugs but its predators. They are normally mobile and move pretty fast. The same was explained to me by a friend working in Coffee board a few years back. I have forgotten the name but will try to locate information on it and revert back. Regards Yazdy.
