Dear Dinesh,
I believe these images are of *Spondias pinnata*. The shape of the 
inflorescence is more pyramidal, whereas in *Garuga* it is more rounded. 
Doesn't the shape have more affinity with Anacardiaceae to you? (Think of 
mango flowers!)
The other small clue is the season. Mostly in these parts *Garuga* flowers 
about a month earlier than *Spondias* and these images are from April.
