I think it may be *Phlogacanthus curviflorus* as per Barnali ji's publication at Diversity and Ethnobotany of the Genus Phlogacanthus Nees in Assam <https://iijls.com/currentissue/IJLSSR-1142.pdf> and GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/species/3775834>.
