HI Garg ji,

the stipules can be seen in the first and second images posted. Pardeshi 
Sir has also mentioned that he saw the stipules.
The stipules of this tree are deciduous and not so often seen on the old 
growth. 
It is not enough to go on flower colour in final identification of a 
species.
