Looks different from images at Conyza japonica <https://efloraofindia.com/2012/05/06/conyza-japonica/> Neobrachyactis roylei came to my mind but it looks different as per GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=9295226> specimens.
