We have one species which have been introduced in Tamil Nadu i.e. *Ligustrum lucidum* W.T.Aiton <https://efloraofindia.com/species/m---z/o/oleaceae/ligustrum/ligustrum-lucidum> I think you should check with it as per images and details herein.
