I agree, it might be *Arctotis*, like those in 
http://pza.sanbi.org/arctotis-hirsuta and this kind of involucre can be 
seen at https://academic.oup.com/view-large/figure/84177906/BOJ_544_f3.gif .... 
don't know the species though!
