On further consideration, I feel it is Cynoglossum lanceolatum <https://efloraofindia.com/2011/08/10/cynoglossum-lanceolatum/> only. Leaves are with bulbous hairs and veins are covered with these hairs. On closer scrutiny, these (veins) can be observed.
