This may be *Rorippa dubia* (Pers.) H. Hara as I do not see any petals (only have the sepals) in the flower as per Keys in Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=128745> and as per FoC illustration <http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=11918&flora_id=2>.
