After checking in our eflora, POWO and GBIF, the closest I could reach is Artemisia sieversiana as per POWO <http://www.plantsoftheworldonline.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:180122-1> and GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=3121562> specimens- one <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/3112541560>, two <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/3113571581>, three <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/3097021719>, four. But I am not sure. Pl. check further.
