Dear Shubhada Ji, This is *Ceratophyllum demersum *L. from the family Ceratophyllaceae commonly known as Rigid Hornwort or Common Hornwort. Same as Rashida Ji's Plant if I have provided another ID it should nullified and kindly excuse for the mistake.
