I strongly feel that it is C. plicata, whether we follow Flora of Malesia
Chrozophora (nationaalherbarium.nl) 
<http://www.nationaalherbarium.nl/Euphorbs/specC/Chrozophora.htm>
or follow key given by Tapas ji
Plants are prostrate (not erect), smaller (less than 3 cm, not larger), 
plicate , dark green (not light green), stigma orange (not red), fruit with 
spreading hairs (not flat)
