I agree Mr.Garg but "Biodiversity in Karnali Province: Current Status and Conservation " published by the "Karnali province Government of Nepal" in 'Found and Expected list' has enlisted Potentilla lancinata Cardot. . The sp. looks similar but I am not sure ! Thank you.
