Thanks Arvind ji for information. Any idea about reasons behind its name as Lata Karanj. Karanj is Hindi name of Pongamia pinnata (and Karanja based on Karanj is situated near Nagpur.). Lata means climber.
And why Sagargota? Sagar means ocean and gota ? In my state when I go for collection of Sagargota the Healers ask for the purpose of use. After getting my answer they tell to come after fifteen or more days. Menawhile they irrigate the plants with different herbal extracts and leachate.
