To me *Indigofera atropurpurea * <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/f/fabaceae/indigofera/indigofera-atropurpurea> Hornem. <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/f/fabaceae/indigofera/indigofera-atropurpurea> appears to be the best choice among them. Flora <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=242326754> of Chin <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=242326754>a says "Leaves ca. 2.4 cm, (7-)11-19(or 21)-foliolate" Pl. check.
