I have subsequently identified it as C. tibetica, which differs from C. govaniana in much reduced cauline leaves (normal cauline leaves in C. gouvaniana), flowers pale yellow with brown tips (bright yellow without brown tips in C. govaniana). Flowers are also golden yellow in C. chaerophylla, cauline leaves also normal. Also bracts are entire in C. chaerophylla.
