Closest I can go is *Sedum rupestre* L. <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/cl/crassulaceae/sedum/sedum-rupestre>, a cultivated species. I checked all the species mentioned in Flora of Bhutan as per details at Sedum <https://efloraofindia.com/2011/03/29/sedum/>, but could not find any closer species.
