About your posted plant being *Careya arborea* is just my thought; please
wait for comments.
There could be chance of it being a member of Anacardiaceae, say species of
*Buchanania* ... *B, lanzan* ... chironji or Cuddapah almond ... చార char,
చారుమామిడి charumamidi, ప్రియాళువు priyaluvu, రాజాదనము raj-adanamu.
