Dear Ritesh Ji, I feel this looks different from P. sagitata since the stem does not have downward spines. It May be close to P. nepalensis like Persicaria sagittata (L.) H. Gross <https://groups.google.com/g/indiantreepix/c/ZTm-ifTTMe4/m/o3FgtqhmAAAJ> ??
