The main posted picture as well as the following one - both seen on Jan 11, 2009 ... at Chinchoti, Maharashtra * are not of** Citrus maxima* (Burm.) Osbeck Many thanks to Scott K. Johnsgard ji for correcting the ID at iNaturalist <https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/107552353>. He suggested it to be Crescentia sp. I believe it must be *Crescentia cujete* L. The other two photos of Feb 20, 2012 ... at Netorli, Goa, are of *Citrus maxima* (Burm.) Osbeck Regards.
