I still feel it may be from Lamiaceae. Appears close to images at *Leonotis nepetifolia* (L.) R.Br. <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/l/lamiaceae/leonotis/leonotis-nepetifolia>, but pedicles are long in your images.
