Thanks, Sheila ji. After checking all the listed species in BSI Flora of India <https://efloraindia.bsi.gov.in/eFlora/speciesList_PCL.action?resultType=genusWise&parent_Id=40116&parent_Name=pseudomertensia>, it appears close to images at *Decalepidanthus moltkioides* <https://efloraofindia.com/2012/06/19/pseudomertensia-moltkioides/> (syn: P*seudomertensia moltkioides* (Royle) Kazmi) and as per keys in Flora of Pakistan <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=127152> (detailed description at Pseudomertensia moltkioides <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=250084577>) and as per POWO <https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:77150085-1> specimen <http://www.kew.org/herbcatimg/621578.jpg>. However, I am unable to account for the pattern on the petals (any clues/ thoughts in the matter?- can it be some deformity?)
