I tried checking all the species listed at Ilex <https://efloraofindia.com/2012/05/03/ilex/> as per BSI Flora of India, with distribution in Assam. The Closest I can reach is Ilex venulosa Hook.f. var. simplicifrons as per Flora of China <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=242326568>, POWO <https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:83850-1> and GBIF specimens from India <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?continent=ASIA&country=IN&taxon_key=5534343> . But I am uncertain.
