This because, as you will read in all the literature, one HAS to see the rhizome-scales to identify any Lepisorus. So in addition to the general photo, it needs a good close-up photo carefully positioned against the light so one can see the scales clearly. Having said that, I can probably take a wild guess that this is probably L. sublinearis - especially if fronds mostly arise together and the specimen takes a long time to dry.
