I think appears to be S.indica as per
Comparison of Similar Looking Plants Saraca declinata, Saraca indica and
Saraca thaipingensis

Comparative morphological study of three species of *Saraca* L. (Fabaceae)

You can also check the ovary character, if possible as per keys (from the
high res. images) from above at
The key was prepared based on the percent of correlation of marker
characters of studied species and which also follow the traditional method
of key construction. The key is given below.

1A. Ovary surface glabrous; floral bract large, 29.19 ± 2.6 mm; pollen
surface psilate, exine sparsely perforated …… *Saraca thaipingensis.*

1B. Ovary surface hairy; floral bract small, 2.3–2.8 mm; pollen surface
rugulate …..…… 2

2A. Apical hood present on anther; stomata anisocytic; Floral bract
deciduous; inflorescence large, 20–30 cm, bract 1; annulus 0.51–0.71 µm,
pollen surface micro rugulate .….. *Saraca declinata*

2B. Apical hood absent on anther; Floral bract persistent; inflorescence
small, 1–5 cm, bract 2; annulus 1.7–2.1 µm, pollen surface macro rugulate
..….….. *Saraca indica*
