This should be Bahinia purpurea only, as Dinesh said. Exactly 3
stamens and deeply ribbed buds (seen in the first picture) are
identifying features. Bauhinia x blakeana has 5 stamens.
Bauhinia variegata and Bauhinia purpurea are well separated in
blooming time. Bauhinia variegata blooms in spring, and Bauhinia
purpurea blooms in November-December in Delhi.
Bauhinia x blakeana is natural hybrid between Bauhinia purpurea and
Bauhinia variegata, so probably its blooming time is also in between.
In Delhi I have seen it blooming in January.
