On checking species listed in Himachal Pradesh as given by Ashutosh ji, I find it close to images/ specimens of Caragana gerrardiana as per POWO <https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:483833-1> specimen <http://www.kew.org/herbcatimg/646118.jpg> and GBIF <https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/gallery?taxon_key=2943251> specimen- one <https://www.gbif.org/tools/zoom/simple.html?src=//api.gbif.org/v1/image/unsafe/https%3A%2F%2Fdata.nhm.ac.uk%2Fmedia%2F31a6afe1-724a-49b4-987d-ba97c4f1d3b7> Pl. check.
