Mostly it is called Mairen - ꯃꯥꯏꯔꯦꯟ (pronounced माइरेन)
In Manipuri "n" and "l" *at the end of a word* are often used 
interchangeably - compare this <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nupi_Lan> and 
this <https://imphalwest.nic.in/tourist-place/nupi-lal-memorial-complex/>!
So, it is also called Mairel - ꯃꯥꯏꯔꯦꯜ (pronounced माइरेल)
