Hi Pankaj ji... i forgot to smell the flowers of the shrub... but the species was new to me. I have never seen it in my locality. But there were many such plants in that abandoned field of Basuldanga village... the species of Lantana which is generally found in and around Kolkata is L.camara with clusters containing small flowers of different colours. I would post pics of other interesting shrubs soon...
