It is definitely Nanorrhinum but I could not match with any sp. listed in Nepal according to eflora Nepal : http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=117091 Matching elevation is only *Nanorrhinum ramosissimum *(Wall.) Betsche but leaf shape look different.
