IBP <https://indiabiodiversity.org/species/show/230420> in its description
says:
Berries subglobose, ca. 1.8 cm in diam., sparsely appressed pubescent.
While Flora of Bhutan <https://biodiversity.bt/species/show/6298>
says as Berry
globose, 6-10mm, glabrous, calyx persistent until fruit is ripe.

Maybe the berries become glabrous on ripening.
