Solanum villosum Mill. from Delhi, distinct from S. nigrum in orange to red fruits, peduncle shorter peduncle (usually less than 1 cm long) and smaller shining fruit (6-8 mm), frequently confused and identified with S. nigrum but now treated as a distinct species (previously also treated as S. luteum or S. alatum).
