Hi I just wanted to add that Burmania, like Ophioglossum (an aquatic fern, =snake tongue fern )are plants that live autotrophically depending on fungus for nutrition and spending much of their time underground like a fungus, only at the time of flowering these species emerge from their underground crypts. I suppose since it is a underground plant, there will be another flower at the same place, almost same time next year/season.
