Last year, I reported a similar problem. The following reply was received: "This issue is not from the WordPress website. Some malware has been deducted from your laptop. So Please install paid Antivirus and Clean your system. Try the website in any other system. Thank You Shalini" After that I installed an Antivirus and it has been working fine since then.
